    Tioga Road will open for the season this Saturday (6/18) at 8am according to YNP’s Don Neubacher.

    All campgrounds remain closed and all commercial services including gas station remain closed too.

    Official word should be on the park’s website soon.

    Rick, did you get to see how high the snow line was in general? Looking to head up the John Muir from on the 6/20 but not sure how far I can get. Light back but won’t have snow shoes.
